Listening to you I will develop a plan of action specifically designed for you using my knowledge, training, experience along with proven marketing strategies.
My role then becomes NEGOTIATOR for you. I write the contract to meet your financial capabilities. Then I negotiate as though they were my finances, helping you get the best possible deal. It is either a "Win-Win" or it is no deal.
Once the contracts are signed my team of professionals
OVERSEE the DETAILS. We guarantee that all of the 100's of details (inspection, disclosures etc.) involved in the process are completed in a timely manner, meeting all of the timeframes and conditions, of the contract.
